The location is REALLY close to the station and the city center. I also got complimentary early check-in because my room, a Queen Room, was available. That helped my schedule a lot!!!

the staff were friendly and the location was quite good, close to public transport stops and restaurants.

My room had issues. Some of the lights did not work, and the air conditioning was not functional. The breakfast mugs also looked unclean. It seemed some guests treated the place like a party spot, not considering it was a hotel.

i found the location very convenient at a reasonable price. the reception staff were helpful . they also allowed us to store our baggage at no extra cost, since our departure was a few hours after checkout. the hotel offered complimentary coffee, great.

the building looked a bit worn and could use some maintenance.

the breakfast offered a nice variety and a very polite lady was present! the coffee service allows guests to enjoy as many cups as they like for free. i think the breakfast service is good and worth it.

the room included everything necessary like many sockets near the bed! the bathroom was clean and large, equipped with shampoo and hand gel. good pillows and a comfortable bed helped secure a nice sleep after a long day!

The staff were very kind and always available at the reception desk. they permitted entry into the room before the standard check-in time because it was ready. the attention from the reception workers was great. They were very cute!

the location is a short walk from the main train station. a tram stop outside makes getting around the city easy.

the air conditioning did not work. air ventilation in the bathroom was not working either. the window only opened a few inches so it was really hot and smelly

the location is very convenient since it is a short walk from the main train station a tram stop is also right outside making city travel easy

the room was stuffy because a portion of the lights and the air conditioning did not work i found the mugs at breakfast to be unclean some of the other guests were not considerate it felt more like a party place than a hotel
